About Dan
Dan set up Scoular Consulting after 15 years as an operations director in business-to-business services. Working with senior management, operational leaders, and staff, Dan combines a technical systems thinking approach with coaching and mediation to develop resilient and sustainable management systems.
Dan has an MBA and is trained as an EMCC Coach Practitioner and CEDR Mediator. He is researching a second Master’s degree in Systems Thinking in Practice.
Outside consulting, he teaches mountain skills in the Army, is an operational member of Mountain Rescue England and Wales, and speaks on Equity, Diversity and Allyship, and risk management.
